How to use: A は B より + adjective

Mearning: “A is more ~ than B”

Example:

このケーキはあのケーキより甘い。
This cake is sweeter than that one.

電車はバスより速いです。
The train is faster than the bus.

今日は昨日より暖かいですね。
It’s warmer today than yesterday.

Bonus:
Use ～のほうが to talk about your preferences!

パンよりごはんのほうが好きです。
I like rice more than bread.
