6. ～ ものだ／ではない (monoda/ dehanai)
Meaning 1: ~ is natural, is normal, gives a gentle command
How to use 1: V／Aい／Aな + ものだ／ではない
Example sentences:
「名前を呼ばれたら、返事ぐらいするものだ」
Namae o yoba retara, henji gurai suru monoda
“If your name is called, at least respond”
「悪いことをしたら謝るもんだ」
