How to use: Verb-ますstem + ましょう / ましょうか

Explain:
Describe the urge to do something together.

『ましょう』 This sentence pattern is used to suggest, entice or call the listener to do something with the speaker. It shows the active attitude of the speaker.

For example:
1. ちょっと、休みましょう。
Chotto, yasumimashou.
Let’s take a break together

2. 一緒に勉強しましょう。
Isshoni benkyou shi mashou.
Let’s study together.

3. もっとデータを収集しましょう。
motto deeta o shuushuu shimashou.
Let’s get some more data.

4. 一緒に体操しましょう。
Isshoni taisou o shi mashou.
Let’s exercise together.
